We are a team of passionate remedial therapists and myotherapists with an extensive experience and working knowledge of the human body and how it moves. We believe in a holistic approach to treat a wide variety of muscular related conditions, which are delivered through expert hands-on techniques that include myofascial release and deep tissue treatment to relieve and alleviate dysfunction and pain.

We are located in the centre of South Yarra near Chapel Street and Toorak road, we share space with the state of the art One Hot Yoga , which features a world-class design and a wonderful calming ambience.

Janice Van Twest

A firm believer in the body’s ability to heal itself, Janice’s goal as a myotherapist is to help you understand and harness your body so you can achieve optimal physical and mental potential. With over 5 years of experience and qualifications in Myotherapy, Remedial Massage and Physiology. Janice specialises in acute and chronic pain management, injury prevention, maximising sport performance and recovery. She utilises her expertise and experience in anatomy and physiology to assess the source of pain/dysfunction and develop a personalised treatment plan, utilising a variety of techniques to help restore function and alleviate pain. Depending on your situation, her treatment could also extend away from the massage table, with guidance and recommendations on stretches and exercises that focus on building strength, maintaining wholeness and fluidity.

Will Reynolds


Will believes that a strong and healthy neuromusculoskeletal system, combined with good food choices and a healthy emotional wellbeing are the foundations of health and wellness.

His interest in myotherapy is based on having chiropractic care as a child, being surrounded by a family of health practitioners and a genuine belief that massage can have a long-term beneficial and calming impact on a persons system.

Being an astute break dancer and yoga teacher, together with an advanced Diploma in Myotherapy, means he has a sound knowledge of human physiology and movement. Will is passionate about working together to achieve a holistic result that he delivers through a high-level of care during treatment and has essential knowledge about maximising sports performance, rehabilitation and injury prevention.

Vin Chand

Vin’s passion for all things health and fitness. Coupled with his mantra, ‘treating you as the individual you are’, means your treatments are meticulously specific to your needs and goals, and are targeted towards fixing you from the inside out with immediate and lasting results.

In addition to a degree in Health Science with a major in Musculosketal therapy, Vin has trained with numerous Physical Therapy professionals, and has experience treating a variety of soft tissue and skeletal conditions using advanced postural evaluation and evidence-based techniques such as Trigger Point therapy, Muscle Energy technique, Positional Release techniques and Myofascial release to help alleviate tension and tightness in the muscles and joints to release the pressure and improve structural mobility.
