Balanced State Cancellation Policy

When you book a massage with us, we reserve the allocated time exclusively for you and nobody else. This also means that if you are running late, your appointment will still end at the original scheduled time. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations and reschedules as a courtesy to practitioners and other clients wanting your appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, or miss your appointment entirely, at our discretion you will be charged at 50% of the scheduled fee. We respect your time, and ours, and your understanding is appreciated.

 

Private Health Insurance Claims: We endeavour to notify you by sms/email reminders and confirmations about who your appointment is with. We also endeavour to email you copies of your invoices after your appointment. If the words “No rebate’ or similar appear next to the Practitioner’s name, you will not be able claim on that appointment. Balanced State is not responsible for reimbursing you for any rebate claims your private health insurer declines for any reason or if our system is being faulty at the time of your appointment.

 

Online purchases and Gift vouchers: ‘Pin Balanced State’ will appear on your bank statement. Requesting a chargeback will incur a $100 administration fee. Purchases made in-clinic via Eftpos appear as ‘Balanced State’ on your bank statement.
